Section 1: Image Copy Right
1. Non-commercial and Commercial
Clients may NOT claim the artwork or use for anything other than personal use. To retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, ask for commercial use commission.
2. Conditions for Reposting(Non-commercial)
❂ The Client has the permission to repost the artwork wherever platform they like, as long as proper credit is given. (Signature/Watermark is intact or a Link to my page)
❂ If the client does not approve for me to post their commission, (for showcasing purposes) please do let me know.
Section 2: Payment Information
1. USD and PHP
I accept payments in USD and or PHP. All payments will be taken via PayPal or GCash only. Do NOT send ANY points via Gift or Donate unless I specifically approved so.
2. 24 Hours Pay Settlement
The client will be given 24 hours to pay after the finalized draft/sketch is given. If not paid within 24 hours will result in automatic cancelation of the commission. There will be considerations because I do value my client's time as they do to me.
3. Refund Policy
❂ If the commission is cancelled [by me or the client] BEFORE the art phase [line work/after sketch phase] started, then the client will receive full refund.
❂ I have the rights to cancel the commission if I think that the commissioner/commission does not comply with my TOS, or I am not competent enough to do the commission.
❂ If the client cancelled during the progress, the amount refund will be on a case-by-case basis up to my discretion.

Section 4: Workflow Process
1. Artistic Freedom
I do my best when I am given the freedom to be creative with the character you've provided, and would be glad to match the client's desired POV, scene, and pose.
2. Limitation on Revision
In some cases such as Full Rendered pieces, there are instances that the client will want to revise/change some things. There will be a limitation of revisions, UNLESS the commission is a Character Design/Concept base. I do NOT allow a whole revision of POV, scene, pose if it's already in the art phase, only by chunks.

3. Estimated Time Completion
Line Work:

❂ Bust Up: less than 24 hours
❂ Half Body: 1 day
❂ Whole Body: 2-3 days
Flat Colored:

❂ Bust Up: within 24 hours
❂ Half Body: 3 days
❂ Whole Body: 3-5 days
Full Rendered:
❂ Head Shot: Within 24 hours
❂ Bust Up: 1-2 days
❂ Half Body: 3-5 days
❂ Whole Body: 5-7 days
Character Sheet:
❂ Line Work: 3-5 days
❂ Flat Colored: 7 days
❂ Full Rendered: 14 days
4. Work in Progress (WIPs)
Certain commission types such as full rendered pieces, character sheets/design/concept will need to be given WIPs for updates to keep the progress flow, and for validation for the client's commission is being done. It's the responsibility of the client to respond as soon as possible, but there will be considerations for I value my client's time as they do to me.
